He stood on the side of the road filming the officers,
who were back inside their car and looked like they were
about to leave. But they stopped and got out of the car.

Video shows a masked federal officer running at Ben and
slamming him to the ground. Three immigration officers
pinned him down and dragged him to their vehicle.

Ben says he was held in custody for about three hours.
Before his release, officers photographed and fingerprinted him.
Then, before Ben realized fully what was happening,
an officer ran a swab, similar to a Q-tip, along the inside
    of his cheek.
The revenge options that ICE agents deployed against this witness are

    Physical assault
    Arrested and detained without need
Involuntary collection of his DNA to chill 1A activities
Involuntary collection of his DNA to empower future Gov revenge

Perhaps it is time to test the legal principal of reciprocity, and find out how LARGE a dna sample could be "collected" by members of the public, from masked, armed, unidentifed, rioters, for future delivery to competent authorites to use in indentifying the culprets.

The democrats have offered many funding options for DHS that will not fund ICE but fund TSA. Republicans have rejected those and made airports dysfunctional for the last few weeks.
