I've taken both Retatrutide and Cagrilintide.

I required doses of Reta higher than the 8mg top end used in clinical trials to get appetite suppression out of it, and Cagrilintide made me feel run-down and generally unwell.

Tirzepatide is still my first-choice.

This is what I’ve read on numerous accounts on Reddit and a few different discussion forums.

I find it interesting. Especially how people stated they still have a tendency to seek out sugar on Retatrutide.

On Tirzepatide, my experience has been no sugar cravings, increased weight loss and energy compared to semaglutide. Sema made me feel unwell and sometimes sleep due to what I think was hypoglycemia. It did improve my markers, but tirzepatide improved them all out of the park with generous weight loss and appetite suppression!

For anyone reading this, the change is night and day and I suggest consulting a doctor / running your own blood tests to see if it’s right for you. Tirzepatide works, for me and I recommend it over semaglutide and reading anecdotes online doesn’t make me want to change away from it.
