so a drone is considered an aircraft, now the gov claims they still have a right to shoot em down.
thats concerning, if the government spreads thier wings on that one, then it extends to, they claim the right to shoot down any domestic, privately owned aircraft that "bothers" ICE.

Too late, they already violated our rights. They knew it was illegal from the start.
