I appreciate progressive enhancement and keeping JS minimal, however I think that selective and clever usage of JS is infinitely better than none whatsoever. That said I agree with the sentiment that modern web development 100% has entirely too much JavaScript.

In my OS distribution - OnemanBSD (<a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;bialamusic.com&#x2F;onemanBSD&#x2F;" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;bialamusic.com&#x2F;onemanBSD&#x2F;</a>) I found out that to include browser with Javascript, it would eat more time to build it than to to rebuild the entire OS with the included apps. 
No single person can understand what is inside that monster. It could be any code injection

A club for websites with absolutely no JavaScript. Because documents do not need arbitrary code in them.This was originally not my idea. There used to be a NoJS club on nojs.club some years ago. But it got discontinued. So someone continued its legacy on <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;no-js.club" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;no-js.club</a>. However the list is fairly outdated and many of the sites have added JavaScript in some way since they were added. I found the original domain nojs.club to be free and decided to start my own No JS club on the legacy of the original domain.
